Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Shrimp Crab Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil a large pot of salted water and cook lasagna noodles for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and lay them flat to cool.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook until pink. Mix in crab meat, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, and parsley. Pour in heavy cream and blend until smooth.
  4. Layer Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, followed by noodles, half of the cheese mixture, half of the seafood mixture, and more sauce. Repeat until ingredients are finished, ending with noodles and sauce on top.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
  6. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving, garnish with extra parsley if desired.
