Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, powdered sugar substitute, baking powder, eggs, melted butter, and almond extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded coconut and chopped almonds, and chocolate chips if using.
  4. Shape the dough into 12 balls and place them on the baking sheet with space between.
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
  6. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
