- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, dip fresh strawberries into melted chocolate.
- Assemble the parfaits with layers of chocolate cake, mousse, and compote, finishing with a dollop of mousse.
- Garnish with chocolate-covered strawberries and chill until serving.
