Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9x5-inch metal loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and granulated or brown sugar until light and fluffy. Then add the eggs, mashed bananas, yogurt, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon for the swirl.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top, then add the remaining batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.
