- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9x5-inch metal loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and granulated or brown sugar until light and fluffy. Then add the eggs, mashed bananas, yogurt, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top, then add the remaining batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
