Dough Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, kosher salt, and instant yeast. Gradually stir in warm water and olive oil until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil. Once dough has risen, stretch it into the pan, cover, and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over low heat and add minced garlic. Heat until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Create dimples in the dough, drizzle with garlic oil, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and herbs, and finish with flaky sea salt.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
