Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in the marinade, then allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Prepare your breading station with Panko breadcrumbs in one dish, beaten eggs in another, and a third dish to hold the coated chicken.
  5. Dip each marinated chicken tender into the beaten egg and then roll in the breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer.
  7. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the chicken tenders.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
