Step-by-step Instructions
  1. Prepare Lavender Syrup: In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar (or honey), and 2 tablespoons of dried lavender. Simmer until sugar dissolves and fragrant, around 5 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. Mix Base Ingredients: In a pitcher, combine 1 cup of fresh lemon juice, 2 cups of cold water, and the cooled lavender syrup. Mix in 1 cup of fresh blueberries and crush gently.
  3. Add Sweetener: Taste and adjust sweetness with more sugar or honey. Stir to dissolve completely.
  4. Chill the Mixture: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
