  • 1 tablespoon Chamoy Sauce Can substitute with sweet chili sauce if necessary.
  • 1 teaspoon Tajín Chili-Lime Seasoning Adjust based on how spicy you like it.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Mangonada
  1. In a blender, combine 2 cups of frozen mango and 1 cup of pineapple juice. Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds until completely smooth and thick.
  2. While the mango mixture is blending, prepare your glasses by squeezing half a lime into each glass, then adding 1 tablespoon of chamoy sauce and 1 teaspoon of Tajín seasoning.
  3. Pour the blended mango mixture into each glass until they are halfway full.
  4. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of chamoy sauce over the filled mango mixture, then top off each glass with the remaining mango mixture.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge or a sprinkle of Tajín on top and serve immediately.
