  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Layer sliced tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers on the bottom of the dish.
  4. Pat the white fish fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
  5. Place the seasoned fish atop the vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the fish.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Place lemon slices on top of the fish.
  9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
