  • 1 pound chicken tenders trimmed and ready-to-cook
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado/canola oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice preferably fresh
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional Additions
  • fresh parsley for garnish
  • lemon wedges for serving

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. Place seasoned chicken tenders in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the cooked chicken tenders.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
