Tahini Sauce

Preparation Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the cooked chickpeas, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Warm the pita breads in a toaster or oven for 1-2 minutes until soft.
  4. Distribute the chickpea mixture evenly among the warmed pita breads.
  5. Top each taco with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Drizzle tahini sauce over each taco before serving.
