- Add ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and parsley to the bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet, spaced evenly.
- Bake the meatballs for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
- Remove from the oven and drain excess fat. Serve with pasta and marinara sauce.
