- Begin by cutting off the rind of a fully ripe watermelon, ensuring to remove any hard edges. Chop the fruit into cubes, aiming for uniform pieces for even freezing. Fill a Ninja Creami pint container with the diced watermelon, stopping at the max fill line.
- Next, pour coconut water into the filled pint container until it reaches the maximum fill line.
- Close the pint container securely with its lid and place it in the freezer. Let the mixture freeze for 12 to 24 hours.
- When ready to serve, carefully take the frozen container out of the freezer. To loosen the sorbet for blending, microwave the pint for about 30 seconds or run it under hot water for a few minutes.
- Place the loosened pint in the Ninja Creami machine and select the sorbet setting.
- Once the texture is creamy and smooth, scoop the Ninja Creami Watermelon Sorbet into bowls or cones.
