Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Peach Lemonade
  1. Prepare the lemonade base by juicing lemons to yield 1 cup lemon juice, combining it with 1 cup of water and ½ cup sugar in a pitcher. Stir until sugar dissolves and chill for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Wash and dice 3-4 ripe peaches, reserving a few slices for garnish. In a blender, blend diced peaches with 1 cup of chilled lemonade and a handful of fresh mint until smooth.
  3. Combine the peach blend with the lemonade base in the pitcher. Optionally, strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  4. Adjust flavors by adding more lemonade, sugar or lemon juice as needed. Stir well.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with reserved peach slices and fresh mint for a refreshing presentation.
