  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple well-drained
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Flavoring
  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping like Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Walnuts coarsely chopped

  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in 8 ounces of thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Next, drain 1 can of crushed pineapple thoroughly and mix in the pineapple and 1 cup of coarsely chopped walnuts into the cream mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixed salad into a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. After chilling, serve the salad garnished with additional chopped walnuts.
