For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice or lemon juice
For Garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions for Bang Bang Salmon
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel, season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
