  • 1 pound Skinless Salmon Filet Recommended for optimum flavor absorption.
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt Use more or less to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground for best flavor.
For the Lemony Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter Ghee or olive oil can be used for Whole30.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh is recommended over bottled.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh minced garlic is best.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes and mixing with kosher salt and black pepper.
  2. Melt the butter and mix in lemon juice and garlic, then toss with the salmon cubes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes and line the basket with parchment paper.
  4. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Serve the salmon bites drizzled with any remaining garlic lemon butter sauce.
