Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and hull about 1 cup of fresh strawberries. Blend them with 1-2 tablespoons of honey until smooth. Set aside ¼ cup of the purée.
  2. Combine the remaining strawberry purée with 1 cup of thick Greek yogurt in a bowl. Mix gently until uniform.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe 1-inch dollops onto the sheet.
  4. Freeze the bites for about 1 hour until firm to the touch.
  5. Once frozen, let the bites sit for a minute at room temperature before serving. Enjoy straight from the freezer.
