  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds optional for garnish
For the Sauce
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce can swap with tamari for gluten-free option
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil can be replaced with olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha or omit for a milder dish
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar can use honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar can substitute with white vinegar or lemon juice
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil grapeseed or vegetable oil preferred
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, brown sugar, and rice vinegar until the sugar dissolves. Set aside.
  2. Shred cabbage and carrots. Slice green onions, mince garlic, and grate ginger.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking oil. Cook ground beef until browned. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage and carrots to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the cabbage wilts.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture, add green onions, and stir for another minute.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and additional sriracha. Pair with rice or noodles.
