- Begin by removing your Certified Angus Beef roast from the fridge and letting it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine freshly minced garlic, finely chopped rosemary, olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper until it forms a paste.
- Once your herb mixture is ready, rub it all over the beef roast, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
