Preparation
- Divide beef mince into 4 portions for single burgers or 8 for doubles. Shape each into patties.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each patty before cooking.
- Preheat grill or broiler and toast burger buns cut side up for 3-5 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat canola oil and cook patties for about 1.5 minutes on each side; add cheese on the last minute.
