- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough into 8 individual triangles on a clean surface.
- On the wide end of each triangle, place 3-4 slices of pepperoni and a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly towards the tip and press the edges to seal.
- If desired, sprinkle each rolled croissant with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm, paired with marinara sauce for dipping.
