Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry, drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake chicken on prepared sheet for 30-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, adobo, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, and remaining kosher salt. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Once baked, shred chicken and mix with the sauce in a bowl.
  6. Warm tortillas, fill with chicken mixture, and add desired toppings.
  7. Fold tortillas and serve immediately.
