Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut ingredients: chop baby potatoes, slice corn, cut onion, mince garlic, and slice sausage.
  2. Boil vegetables in salted water for about 10 minutes until just tender. Drain and let cool.
  3. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Prepare foil sheets and combine shrimp, sausage, onion, garlic, and vegetables in a mixing bowl.
  5. Whisk together melted butter, salt, pepper, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the mixture and toss.
  6. Divide mixture among foil sheets, seal tightly, leaving room for steam.
  7. Cook packets on the grill for 15 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
  8. Open packets carefully, squeeze fresh lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.
