Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In your mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in sharp cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, canned corn, green chiles, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Fold in diced red bell pepper and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the dip mixture into a 1-quart baking dish and evenly spread it out.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
  7. Allow the dip to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with tortilla chips or bread.
