- Rinse the spring mix salad greens thoroughly under cold water and dry them using a salad spinner.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the salad bowl. Peel and slice the cucumber, and add it.
- Thinly slice the red onion if using, and gently mix all the vegetables in the salad bowl.
- Crumble feta cheese over the salad and toast walnuts or pecans in a skillet before adding on top.
- In a small bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and olive oil. Whisk until well blended and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad before serving and toss gently to combine.
