For the Topping
  • 2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (Chopped) Optional garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the rigatoni until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the steak in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and let rest.
  3. Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft, then add garlic and stir for another minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, deglaze the pan, and mix in blue cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine seared steak and rigatoni with the sauce, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
