Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 8 oz Elbow Macaroni or other pasta shapes for variety
For the Protein
  • 12 oz Diced Beef Steak preferably sirloin or ribeye
For Sautéing
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or vegetable oil
For the Veggies
  • 1 cup Diced Bell Peppers mix of colors for appeal
  • 1 cup Diced Onion any variety
For the Saucy Goodness
  • 8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Whole Milk or low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
For Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For Garnish
  • 1 bunch Chopped Green Onions

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil salted water in a large pot, add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, add to skillet, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced bell peppers and onions. Sauté over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until softened.
  4. Lower heat and pour in whole milk, then add garlic powder, onion powder, and shredded cheese. Stir until cheese melts and mixture is smooth.
  5. Combine cooked steak and macaroni with cheese sauce, folding gently until coated.
  6. Serve hot in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions.
