Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add cod fillets to the skillet, searing for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  4. Flip the fillets gently and spoon sauce over them, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Ensure the cod reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for doneness.
  6. Plate the cod and pour remaining glaze over it. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes.
