- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and warm five-spice powder until well combined.
- Place the chicken thighs into the bowl and coat them generously with the marinade. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Prepare your baking dish by lightly greasing it to prevent sticking.
- Transfer the marinated chicken thighs into the greased baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over them. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Switch your oven settings to broil and grill or broil the chicken for about 2 minutes on each side, watching closely to prevent burning.
