Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Combine warm roasted peppers, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Pour the roasted pepper sauce over the cooked tilapia fillets and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Plate and serve warm.
