Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the carne asada overnight.
  2. Cook the carne asada on a grill or skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until it reaches 135°F.
  3. Let the carne asada rest before cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  5. Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle half of the shredded Oaxaca cheese over the chips.
  7. Distribute the chopped carne asada over the cheese.
  8. Add the remaining shredded Oaxaca cheese on top.
  9. Broil the nachos in the oven for about 2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Add toppings such as corn, crema, cilantro, radishes, and jalapeños after broiling.
  11. Serve immediately while warm.
