Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, and stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in mixed berries into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they're evenly distributed.
  3. Fill mini muffin cups or an ice cube tray with the mixture, packing it in slightly.
  4. Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them chill for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm.
  5. Carefully pop the bites out of the molds or cut into squares if using a baking dish and serve.
