Ingredients
  

For the Granola Base
  • 2 cups Oats substitute with gluten-free oats for a gluten-free option
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter can be replaced with peanut butter or sunflower seed butter for nut-free needs
  • 1/4 cup Honey maple syrup is an excellent vegan alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract homemade vanilla extract can be used for a richer taste
For the Yogurt Mixture
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt substitute with dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries use any seasonal berries such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almond butter, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is well integrated and sticky, taking about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Line a muffin pan with paper muffin liners. Take a spoonful of the granola mixture and press it firmly into the bottom of each liner to create a crust.
  3. Scoop an ample tablespoon of Greek yogurt into each muffin liner on top of the granola base and smooth it out.
  4. Evenly scatter fresh berries over the yogurt in each cup.
  5. Carefully place the muffin pan in the freezer for at least 3 hours until firm and set.
  6. Once frozen, remove the yogurt granola cups from the muffin pan and peel away the liners.
