Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt, ½ cup of peanut butter, ¼ cup of maple syrup (or honey), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. If desired, gently fold in ½ cup of mini chocolate chips into the mixture.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop tablespoon-sized dollops of the mixture onto the sheet, leaving space between each dollop.
  4. Optional: Sprinkle chopped peanuts or flaky sea salt on top of each dollop.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
  6. Once frozen, transfer them to an airtight container or freezer bag for storage.
