  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic or garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Oregano can swap with Italian seasoning or thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika use smoked paprika for an extra kick
For the Chicken
  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts tender and juicy when marinated

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  2. After marination, remove the chicken and let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before cooking.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C) before cooking the chicken.
  4. Cook chicken tenders on the grill or in the oven for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden.
  5. Remove from heat, let rest for about 5 minutes, slice if desired, and serve warm.
