- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine equal parts of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, spread onto parchment in a circle about 10 inches in diameter.
- Bake the cheese mixture for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Layer the cooked chicken, bell peppers, diced tomato, and green onions on one half of the cheese shell.
- Fold the cheese shell over the filling and bake again for 4-5 minutes until firm and golden.
- Slice into wedges and serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
