Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-23 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let the cake cool on a wire rack for about 30 minutes.
  7. Blend the ingredients for the frosting until creamy and smooth, then chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  8. Cut out circles from the cooled cake and layer them in glasses with frosting.
  9. Decorate with additional rainbow sprinkles and refrigerate for 10 minutes to chill thoroughly.
