- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Sauté the diced onion in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, sautéed onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated, then stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
