  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme Can substitute dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Canned whole or jellied
  • 1/4 cup Chili Sauce Optional
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Use low-sodium if desired
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley Optional garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions for Quick Cranberry Meatballs
  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the lean ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well incorporated.
  3. Wet your hands and roll the mixture into approximately 32 medium-sized meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a skillet, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, and soy sauce. Heat until boiling, then reduce heat to low.
  6. Transfer the baked meatballs into the skillet, coating them in the sauce, and heat through for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Serve the meatballs warm on a platter, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
