  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese You can use any melting cheese as a replacement.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush both sides of the wonton wrappers with melted butter, then press each wrapper into a mini muffin tin.
  3. Bake wonton wrappers for about 7 minutes until lightly golden and crispy.
  4. In a bowl, mix diced jalapeños, cream cheese, green onions, mozzarella, and shredded cheddar until creamy.
  5. Fill the baked wonton cups with the jalapeño filling, topping with remaining cheddar.
  6. Bake in the oven for additional 12-14 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for about 3 minutes before serving warm.
